Your new role As a Performance Test Analyst, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and analysing performance testing across core insurance applications. You will work closely with developers, architects, and business stakeholders to ensure systems such as FileNet, EasyDoc, LoadRunner and policy platforms meet performance, scalability, and reliability standards. Key responsibilities include: Developing and executing performance test strategies, plans, and scripts. Conducting load, stress, endurance, and scalability testing using LoadRunner. Testing FileNet workflows and EasyDoc document management systems to ensure compliance with insurance policy requirements. Analysing test results, identifying bottlenecks, and recommending performance improvements. Documenting outcomes and providing clear reporting to stakeholders. What you'll need to succeed Proven experience in the insurance industry, with strong understanding of policy administration and regulatory requirements. Hands-on expertise with LoadRunner (VuGen scripting, Controller, Analysis). Experience testing FileNet and EasyDoc applications. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex performance data. Excellent communication skills to engage with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and integration of performance testing into DevOps practices. Relevant tertiary qualifications in IT or Computer Science; ISTQB or performance testing certifications are highly regarded.
