C++ Software Engineer – Low-Latency Trading Systems

What You'll Do:  As a C++ Software Engineer, you'll design and deliver ultra-fast, reliable software that powers real-time trading. Your work will directly influence decision-making systems and infrastructure performance.  Your responsibilities will include:  Building and maintaining high-performance C++ applications in latency-sensitive environments  Collaborating closely with Traders, Quants, and Engineers to understand requirements and deliver end-to-end solutions  Developing creative automation solutions based on internal client needs  Taking ownership of the full development lifecycle—from concept through deployment  Balancing performance with testability, scalability, and maintainability  Working across greenfield projects and complex legacy systems  Navigating technical trade-offs between speed, simplicity, and robustness  You'll be part of a tech-first environment where code runs the business.
