Your new role As a Data Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining, cleansing, and managing large datasets across multiple platforms. You'll ensure data accuracy, support reporting functions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to optimise data workflows and systems. What you'll need to succeed Maintain and update internal databases with high levels of accuracy Ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness of people-related data (e.g., demographics, job history, compensation, performance). Implement data quality checks and resolve discrepancies promptly. Perform regular data audits and cleansing activities Assist in generating reports and dashboards for business units Collaborate with IT and business teams to improve data processes Monitor data integrity across systems and resolve discrepancies Support data migration and integration projects Ensure compliance with data governance and privacy standards Proven experience in a data administration or data entry role Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, formulas) Experience with SQL, Power BI, or other data tools is highly desirable. Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Strong communication skills and stakeholder engagement Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems (e.g., Salesforce, SAP) is a plus.
