This senior leadership role will see you drive technical excellence, mentor a growing team, and shape the future of civil engineering at KBR.What You'll Do:Provide strategic direction, technical oversight, and mentorship to engineers and designers.Lead planning, design, and execution of civil infrastructure projects, ensuring technical quality and client satisfaction.Manage project scope, budgets, and timelines with a focus on risk mitigation and quality outcomes.Support bids and proposals, and contribute to business development and market growth.Build and maintain strong client relationships across government and private sectors.What You'll Bring:Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.Chartered Engineer (CPEng) with Engineers Australia (or equivalent).15+ years' experience in civil engineering, with a strong background in Defence and/or Civil infrastructure projects.Proven ability to lead and inspire multidisciplinary design teams.Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.Senior Civil Engineer - Defence and Civil Infrastructure Adelaide, SA | Diverse Civil Projects | Career Growth OpportunityPlay a key role in delivering strategic infrastructure projects across Defence and Civil Infrastructure sectors.
