Positionsbeschreibung Als Senior Full-Stack Developer & Project Lead übernimmst du die Verantwortung für die Entwicklung unserer zentralen digitalen Plattformen – vom internen Monitoring-Dashboard "Nexus" bis hin zu Kundenportalen und der öffentlichen Website. Diese Hybrid-Rolle kombiniert Fullstack-Entwicklung mit Produktverantwortung: Du definierst Features, steuerst Sprints, entwickelst selbst mit und koordinierst externe Entwickler.Plattformentwicklung & Produktverantwortung Verantwortung für Roadmap & Umsetzung der Bitkern-Website, Dashboards & internen Plattformen Übersetzung von Business-Anforderungen in umsetzbare Entwicklungspläne Steuerung interner & externer Entwicklerteams Zusammenarbeit mit Sales, Operations & Support zur Feature-Definition und Priorisierung Verantwortung für Tools wie Jira, GitHub & Co. Durchführung von Testing, Qualitätssicherung & Feedback-Auswertung Sicherstellung von Skalierbarkeit, Sicherheit & Wartbarkeit der Plattformen Fullstack-Entwicklung Entwicklung neuer Features in Front- und Backend (JavaScript, Chart.js, UIkit, PHP mit Laravel oder ähnlichem Framework, MySQL/MariaDB) API-Integration (z. B.
