Check out this role and see if you're a good match AufgabenAs part of our Software team, you will: Develop innovative software solutions that have a real-world impact, helping millions of pets stay safe and connected around the globeDevelop and maintain scalable, high-performance applications using Ruby on Rails, No SQL databases, and AWS servicesWork with cross-functional teams to meet business goals and project needsShape the overall architecture by working closely with senior team members and architects, ensuring robust design principlesPromote quality in every aspect of development by implementing best practices in coding, design, and testingConduct code reviews, mentor junior developers, and foster a culture of learningStay updated with new technologies and improve development processesBring in your fresh ideas to make Tractive better - you'll never hear the phrase " because that's how we've always done things"Continuously grow personally and professionally, take ownership of areas that show your potential, and attend workshops which help you get to the next level Profil Key requirements: Degree in Computer Science or related field7+ Years of experience with Ruby on Rails & building scalable appsProficient in No SQL (Mongo DB, Redis) & AWS services (ECS, EC2, Fargate)Expert in RESTful APIs, Microservices, CI/CD, and containerization (Docker)Strong knowledge of software development principles, design patterns, and best practicesExcellent problem-solving skillsFluency in English Does this sound like you?
