Our clients choose Zanders because of our deep domain knowledge and thought leadership, combined with an efficient consulting approach.Due to our continued growth, we are actively seeking a seasoned treasury professional to join our team to help with the development and recognition of Zanders in the DACH region.Our main locations in Austria is Vienna and we are potentially open to another Austria-based hybrid location and work-from-home models.Your Role You will primarily help to drive our growth plans in Austria and the wider DACH region and will be engaged in business development as well as advise clients and manage projects. Aufgaben Responsibility for introducing Zanders to multinational corporations in Austria and the wider DACH region, presenting our services to customersHelping building Zanders' business in the DACH region - identifying new business and shaping solutions and services for our clientsResearching market/product developments and seeking-out trends and developments in treasuryRepresenting Zanders at various events and publishing on thought leadership topicsManaging projects within the scope of the Office of the CFO, Strategic treasury transformation or M&A transactions, e.g. optimizing cash/liquidity or financial risk management, designing target operating models, selecting and implementing (treasury) technologyResponsibility for the professional management and development of our team and support colleagues in their professional and personal development Profil A track record in initiating client contacts and discussions as well as in developing new markets and businessAn existing network of contacts in Austria and the DACH regionStrong experience Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting experience.Deep knowledge of treasury management, in-house banking, liquidity management, including working capital management, payments and bank connectivity in the area of Treasury Transformation and Transaction Services for Mergers & Acquisitions, divestures and spin-offs, Treasury TechnologyMotivation to work in an international, innovative/entrepreneurial environmentAn agile mindset and with tenacity and willingness to contribute to Zanders' growths plansRelevant professional qualifications including a Bachelor's or Master's-Degree, Treasury related certifications (e.g. ACT or similar) or CFASelf-reliant, flexible, critical, proactive, innovative and a team playerWillingness to travelExperience of working in globally diverse teamsFluent in business English and German is a mustLegally authorized to work in Austria Wir bieten Zanders encourages its employees to share their ideas and to remain at the forefront of innovative services and solutions.
