AufgabenSupport of project team in product development phase:Co-operation within project team for review meetings, Design FMEAs and Test FMEAsCorrelate lab measurements with wafer sort and final test resultsSupport failure analysis conceptsStatistical analysis of device characterisation data Main Responsibility for a product-family from Production Transfer till End of life:Yield monitoring, stabilization of yields, define cost reduction programsSupport quality department in analysis of field returns (RMA's), electrical failure analysisContinuous improvement (CI) of the products, act as a central interface for all product specific topicsDrive improvements as key product engineer for special projects (DRI) Responsibility for measurement and analysis strategies:Develop test and analysis methodologies, design for analysis and co-operate with various departments in the continuous quality improvement program Profil Successfully completed bachelor's / master's degree or diploma in electronic engineering, telematics, informatics or equivalent backgroundExperience in test and failure analysis of integrated circuitsExperience in the field of Mixed Signal, RF and Analog IC designPassion for analytical work and failure analysisAbility to solve complex problems independently, initiativeGood communication skills including good communication skills in English (spoken and written)We offer competitive salaries and additional benefits based on your performance, experience and qualification.
