To enhance our successful Functional Controlling Team at the Headquarters in Leoben, Austria , we are looking for a passionate Senior Specialist Corporate Controlling - Purchasing Focused (f/m/d) In this role, you will ensure compliance with finance guidelines, manage budgets and costs, and support analysis and forecast to optimize resources and performance. It also leads spend controlling, focusing on procurement data migration, spend analysis, cost optimization, and providing reports for strategic decisions.Aufgaben Functional Controlling Ensure compliance with finance and controlling guidelines across functionsManage daily financial operations and reporting on budget vs. actual performanceCollaborate with IT and Demand Management to track investments and functional costsMonitor personnel, FTEs, and overhead to optimize resource allocationSupport financial analysis, budgeting, and forecasting for operational efficiency Spend Controlling Oversee procurement data migration and maintain spend analysis toolsMonitor procurement costs and savings, identifying optimization opportunitiesProvide ad-hoc reports and analyses to support strategic decisions Profil Bachelor or above degree in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or related fieldsOver 5 years working experience in finance, cost/spend controlling, and financial analysis within procurement or supply chain managementSolid understanding of budget planning, cost analysis, forecasting, and actual vs. plan comparisonsAdvanced skills in Excel and data migration skills, SAP, data cube analysis and financial reporting toolsSkilled in partnering with IT, Demand Management, and procurement teams to align financial processes with operationsHands-on, results-driven mindset with commitment to excellence in deliveryFluent in English both oral and written Wir bieten A meaningful role with opportunities for long-term growth in an international environmentChance to actively contribute to AT&S' success and to create valueA structured and tailor-made onboarding program along with continual training opportunities We also offerModern company canteen with freshly prepared meals every dayFree parking spaces and e-charging stationsDiverse health measures and a wide range of employee benefits JBG81_AT
