Our main locations in Austria is Vienna and we are potentially open to another Austria-based hybrid location and work-from-home models. Your Role You will primarily help to drive our growth plans in Austria and the wider the DACH region and contribute to the development and recognition of Zanders in the region. You will be engaged in business development as well as advise clients and manage projects. Aufgaben Responsibility for introducing Zanders to multinational corporations in Austria and the wider DACH region, presenting our services to customers Helping building to build Zanders' business in the DACH region - identifying new business and shaping Treasury Solutions and services for our clients Researching market/product developments and seeking-out trends and developments in treasury Representing Zanders at various events and publishing on thought leadership topics Leading teams that optimise the organization, processes and systems of our customers in the area of treasury system management, for example with the implementation of innovative solutions regarding treasury analytics and artificial intelligence Developing the design of Treasury System landscapes and support our customers in the selection and introduction of treasury systems, including their implementation Responsibility for the professional management and development of our team and support colleagues in their professional and personal development Profil A track record in initiating client contacts and discussions as well as in the sale of consulting services An existing network of contacts in Austria and the DACH region Strong experience Corporate Treasury or Treasury Consulting experience. Deep knowledge of treasury management, Treasury Management Systems and their implementation Preference for implementation knowledge of treasury management systems such as SAP, FIS, ION, Kyriba, Coupa or others and other related tools such as payment solutions and SWIFT Motivation to work in an international, innovative/entrepreneurial environment An agile mindset and with tenacity and willingness to contribute to Zanders' growths plans Relevant professional qualifications including a Bachelor's or Master's-Degree Self-reliant, flexible, critical, proactive, innovative and a team player Willingness to travel Experience of working in globally diverse teams Fluent in business English and German is a must Legally authorized to work in Austria Wir bieten Zanders encourages its employees to share their ideas and to remain at the forefront of innovative services and solutions.
