Key Responsibilities

• Lead discovery projects, formulate medicinal chemistry strategies, engage in compound design and SAR analysis.

Team Management

• Manage and motivate a medicinal chemistry team, provide professional guidance to team members, help resolve technical difficulty.
• Closely work with computational chemistry, biology, pharmacology and DMPK functional groups.

Requirements

• PhD degree in Organic Chemistry with over seven years of working experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
• An expert in medicinal chemistry, ligand- and structure-based drug design.
• Proven track record of leading discovery programs to the clinical stage.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
