Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig.Wir suchen eine strategisch denkende Persönlichkeit, die Markt-, Kunden- und Produktperspektiven zusammenführt, daraus eine klare Positionierung entwickelt und unsere Produkte mit der richtigen Story in den Markt bringt.Your Tasks Du bist die zentrale Schnittstelle zwischen Business Owner und Marketing und übersetzt strategische Ziele in marktfähige Narrative und eine klare Positionierung vor Kund:innen.Auf Basis der Business-Ziele briefst du Marketing gezielt und stellst sicher, dass Kommunikation und Maßnahmen auf messbare Wirkung und KPI-Erreichung einzahlen.Du entwickelst aus Markt- und Zielgruppenanalysen klare, differenzierende Produktbotschaften und Value Propositions.Du nutzt Insights aus Wettbewerbs- und Kundenanalysen, um Positionierung und Kommunikationsstrategien datenbasiert weiterzuentwickeln.Du planst und orchestrierst Go-to-Market-Strategien – von der gemeinsamen Konzeption mit Marketing-Teams und Business Development bis zur operativen Umsetzung über verschiedene Touchpoints hinweg.Du bewertest auf Basis der KPIs und Analysen seitens Marketing den Beitrag der Maßnahmen zur Zielerreichung, leitest Handlungsempfehlungen ab und identifizierst Chancen in der Customer Journey.Du denkst in Customer Journeys und konzipierst gemeinsam mit den verschiedenen Marketing-Disziplinen ganzheitliche Maßnahmen entlang des Produkt-Lifecycles.Du unterstützt Marketing und Sales mit klaren Argumentationen, Storylines und Referenzen, die den Produktnutzen auf den Punkt bringen. Your Skills Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Produktmarketing, Marketing oder in einer vergleichbaren Rolle.Erfahrung im Umfeld digitaler Produkte, Plattformen oder Saa S – idealerweise im HR-Tech- oder Recruiting-BereichStarke analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten – du kannst Markttrends, Wettbewerbsdaten, KPIs und Kundenfeedback in konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen übersetzen.Erfahrung mit Go-to-Market-Strategien, Messaging und Lifecycle-Kommunikation.Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen einfach und wirkungsvoll zu vermitteln.Erfahrung in der Zusammenarbeit mit cross-funktionalen Teams und ausgeprägtes Stakeholder-Management.Erfahrung im Umgang mit gängigen Tools (CRM, Analytics, Projektmanagement).Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse.
