Job Title: QA Manager Location: RemoteCompany: ABC Tech We are looking for a certified Scrum Master to lead our agile development teams. You will be responsible for coaching teams in Scrum principles, facilitating meetings, and ensuring the successful delivery of projects. Your ability to navigate different stakeholders and resolve conflict will contribute to a high-functioning team environment.Key Responsibilities:Facilitate daily stand-up meetings, sprint planning, and retrospectives with multiple teams.Coach teams on Agile methodologies and best practices to enhance their performance.Collaborate with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog effectively.Support team members in understanding their roles and responsibilities within the Scrum framework.Identify and remove impediments to team progress, ensuring a smooth workflow.Promote an open and trusting team environment that encourages experimentation and innovation.Provide guidance on agile metrics (e.g., burn-down charts, velocity) helping teams to understand their performance.Engage with external stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and outcomes.Conduct training sessions and workshops to elevate the agile maturity of the organization.Facilitate conflict resolution within teams and cultivate a positive team culture. Qualifications:Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification is required.3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment, preferably with multiple teams.Proven experience in coaching and mentoring teams on Agile principles and practices.Strong understanding of Agile principles, frameworks, and practices.Excellent communication, facilitation, and leadership skills.Ability to build strong relationships and foster collaboration among diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA or Trello.Experience in scaling Agile practices in larger organizations or portfolios is a plus.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges effectively.Proficiency in conveying complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
