EDU_12511Assistant to the Head of Education & Training (m/f/d)Education & TrainingInnsbruck, AustriaProfessionals Full-Time 38.5h Permanent Supporting the Head of Education and Training with various administrative duties Responsible for training coordination and time administration for the department Typing, preparing, and collating reports, presentations, and meeting minutes Managing and organizing meetings Office management (e.g. managing department audits, ordering office supplies, managing inventory, etc.) Proficient with MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Outlook, and MS Teams Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign) a plus Very good English skills, both written and spoken; German is a plus Outstanding organizational skills and attention to detail Excellent problem-solving skills and a motivated personality Central Location Employee Discounts Flexible Hours International Environment Onboarding Workplace Well-Being Minimum SalarySalary will be determined based on professional experience; the formal minimum salary according to Collective Bargaining Agreement is € 37,361.66.JBRP2_AT
