It provides a full range of Internet/data services, infrastructure and wholesale voice services to incumbents, alternative carriers, mobile operators, cable TV companies, Internet service providers and corporate customers.Currently we are looking for a new colleague to our Procurement team in Brunn am Gebirge the following role:Procurement Specialist (f/m/d) Aufgaben Responsible for direct & indirect procurement processes of different TTI locations on global level, reporting to Procurement HeadMain Responsibilities The procurement specialist in relation to the scope of responsibility as defined above will:Participate strategic sourcing & market research activities for technical and non-technical related purchasing requests for TTI entities.Conclude RFx and bidding processes and negotiations with potential vendors to obtain the best price of products and service with desired terms and conditionsPromote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimize benefits for TTI.Prepare cost analysis tables to evaluate total cost of ownershipCreate Purchase Orders via SAP system and follow up the approval processCoordinate procurement activities to be consistent with TTI Group Company policiesArrange preparations of contracts in relation with Legal Unit and perform contract negotiations with the vendors related to all purchasing activitiesFollow up the renewal and termination of contracts through the Document and Contract Management System, ensuring contract compliance by applying SLA and penalty conditions of themCoordinate and track vendor performance evaluations and take required actions due to result of the evaluationProvide budget and procurement related statistical data and reports for senior managementIdentify and execute savings opportunities while improving service levelWorking closely with relevant business units to support their initiatives and plansEnsure and follow up the updated vendor and material master data in SAP systemParticipate supplier relationship management and continuous improvement initiatives for key and strategic suppliers and hold regular business reviews to assure timely implementationInitiate and implement process improvements which support the effectiveness and efficiency of the procurement processCarry out vendor management relations with multinational companies Profil University/College degreeMin 5 years of proven experience in procurementStrong experience in direct & indirect procurementSAP MM Module knowledgeSelf-motivated and strong conflict resolution skillsStrong work ethicAdvanced proficiency in MS Excel (advanced skill set), MS Word, and MS Power PointWillingness to travelAdvanced level English and German knowledge Wir bieten Opportunity to become part of a diverse and motivated team working in an international environmentSalary: EUR 4.500, 5.000,- gross/monthly JBG81_AT
