Cook / Chef de Partie (m/f/d)

On behalf of our client, a 4-star hotel in Tyrol, Austria, we are looking for a Chef de Partie

Main Responsibilities:

• Prepare mis-en-place for all menus

• Prepare, cook, and plate dishes according to hotel/restaurant standards, including staff meals as instructed by senior chefs

• Ensure the work area is kept clean, safe, and tidy at all times

The Ideal Candidate:

• Has at least 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a 4* or 5* hotel or fine dining restaurant

• Possesses strong communication and organizational skills – essential for this dynamic and demanding role

• Is flexible to work shifts, including weekends, evenings, and occasionally early mornings

• Is vaccinated

• Speaks fluent German and/or English
