* Manage IT incidents, service requests, and changes through ITSM processes
* Provide end-user support and maintain the accounts and devices environment
* Administer IT assets, inventory records, and endpoint management solutions (Intune/MDM)
* Support IT projects, system deployments, and company-wide meetings
* Deliver onboarding training and IT support through the IT Service Point and the IT hotline
* Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles
* Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to resolve technical issues
* Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and infrastructure support to ensure reliable IT operations

Your Profile
* Completed IT education (e.g. IT apprenticeship, technical college/HTL, vocational school) or an equivalent qualification
* Professional experience in IT support or IT services, ideally in a Service Desk environment
* Solid knowledge of Microsoft cloud applications (365, Teams, OneDrive)
* Good understanding of Microsoft services such as Active Directory/ Entra ID, DHCP, DNS and Group Policy Objects
* Experience with IT asset management and ticketing systems; experience with ServiceNow is an advantage
* Strong customer and service orientation, combined with excellent communication skills
* Proactive, reliable and structured working style, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
