In a global business environment, you assess and manage financial risks, design financing and risk mitigation strategies, and serve as a trusted advisor to our international subsidiaries on complex treasury-related topics.

Leveraging your deep financial expertise and strategic perspective, you help shape and continuously improve our global treasury landscape, ensuring efficient and forward-looking treasury operations across the organization.YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:Identify, assess, and manage Group-wide financial risks, with a particular focus on liquidity, interest rate, and foreign exchange exposuresSupport international key customer projects and tenders, with a focus on foreign exchange risk management, guarantees, and cash flow managementDevelop and implement appropriate hedging strategies for individual entities, projects, and the AVL Group as a wholeActively contribute to treasury projects and day-to-day treasury operationsCollaborate closely with internal stakeholders, international AVL entities, banks, and financing partnersFurther develop Group-wide liquidity and guarantee planning processes, as well as treasury reportingDrive the enhancement, optimization, and digitalization of the Treasury Management System (TMS), including related processes and interfacesSupport the management of Group financing activities and the structuring of intercompany and external financing solutionsYOUR PROFILE:Completed Education (University, University of Applied Sciences, or comparable) with a focus on Finance, Controlling, Banking, Business Administration, or a related field At least five years of relevant professional experience in Corporate Treasury or in a finance function within an internationally operating companyProven expertise in Group financing, liquidity management, foreign exchange and guarantee management, as well as in the development and enhancement of digital treasury processesSound knowledge of accounting principles, particularly IFRS; experience with treasury management systems (e.g., ION Treasury) and SAP S/4HANA is an advantageExperience working on international projects and collaborating with global stakeholdersSelf-motivated, structured, and results-oriented working style, combined with strong team spirit and a high level of commitmentBusiness fluent knowledge in German and EnglishWE OFFER:Various working time models, flextime and the possibility of working from homeContributing to a safer and more sustainable future of mobilityA long-term and future-oriented workplaceHealth talks, seminars and e.g.
