**About the role:** This role will be working for our Mars Champion Petfoods segment, where we make life better for pets and their owners. The Shopper Marketing Manager leads retailer-focused activation across Australia, and will expand focus to include APAC in year 2, turning brand strategies into compelling in-store, online, and retail media experiences that drive visibility, conversion, and growth for ORIJEN and ACANA. **Role Title**: APAC Shopper Marketing Manager **Location:** Melbourne, also open to Wodonga with regular travel to Melbourne **Hours:** Full-time, Permanent – hybrid working **Enhance the shopper experience** by deploying Perfect Store/Digital Store assets and identifying opportunities to improve shopability across retailer environments. **Strengthen customer/retailer advocacy** through education programs, localized content, and the rollout of Platinum Partner initiatives. Demonstrated experience in shopper, trade, or customer marketing within FMCG or pet care, with a sharp understanding of how brands win at retail.Deep knowledge of omni-channel retail environments, from in-store theatre to digital shelf strategy.
