Memebership Sales & Front Desk Consultant-Martial Arts Centre About the Opportunity Black Belt Plus is a long-established, family-focused martial arts centre in Burleigh Heads, offering high-quality classes to students aged 3–adult. We are looking for a friendly, confident and organised Membership Sales & Front Desk Consultant to join our growing team. This part-time role blends customer service , membership sales , front-desk coordination , and general administration . It is ideal for someone who enjoys meeting families, building rapport, and supporting a positive, community-centred environment. Key Responsibilities Welcome members and visitors, creating a warm and professional first impression Handle enquiries in person, by phone, email and message Conduct tours and guide new families through membership options Support member onboarding, bookings and scheduling Process memberships and complete basic administrative tasks Maintain an organised reception area and assist with day-to-day studio operations Provide exceptional customer service and assist parents and students as needed About You Have experience in customer service, fitness/gym sales, or front-desk reception Communicate clearly, confidently and warmly Are organised, reliable, and able to multitask during peak periods Enjoy talking with families and supporting children’s activities Take initiative, work independently, and remain calm under pressure Have experience with membership sales (highly regarded) Have martial arts experience (bonus, not essential) Why Join Black Belt Plus?
