Regis Elermore Vale is looking to hire a Social Worker on Contract for 3 hours a fortnight. The role holder must have an ABN number. Key Responsibilities Program Delivery and Facilitation – Deliver the Esprit Café program on a fortnightly basis, including preparation, group facilitation, and individual support, in line with the following guidelines:Collaborate with Regis staff to adapt and refine program content. Develop and update content for each session based on resident needs. Support coordination to facilitate resident and representative attendance. Complete all required documentation and reporting. Facilitate group discussions, creating a supportive and open environment. Provide individual emotional support to residents and representatives (1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 support as needed). Maintain confidentiality and professional boundaries within all interactions. Ongoing Program Development – Continuously improve program content in response to feedback, resident needs, and industry best practices. Professional Knowledge – Maintain awareness of current social work methodologies, particularly related to grief, loss, and end‑of‑life care in aged care settings. Requirements of the role Police Check / NDIS Worker Screening Check and Statutory Declaration. Social Work Credentials: Degree, certification, or registration in social work.
