THE ROLE : This firm is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Competition Lawyer to join their dynamic team. Your duties will include, but are not limited to : Advise clients on all aspects of competition law, including antitrust regulations, merger control, and compliance. Represent clients in proceedings before competition authorities and courts. Conduct thorough legal research and analysis on complex competition law issues. Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, submissions, and contracts. Develop and implement effective legal strategies to address client needs. Keep abreast of developments in competition law and ensure clients are informed of relevant changes. Collaborate with other legal professionals and departments within the firm to provide comprehensive legal solutions. Conduct client training and workshops on competition law and compliance. ABOUT YOU : To be considered for this opportunity you must : Have a minimum of 3-4 years PQE / PAE within competition or TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications) area of law experience, although general litigation experience will also be considered. Be able to work full‑time, Monday to Friday. Possess strong organisational skills to manage a large number of files at a time and meet deadlines. Have good interpersonal skills to liaise with clients effectively. Be a team player, willing to assist others when necessary. Demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail in your work.
