Senior Sustainability Advisor - Part Time (0.6 FTE) We’re looking for a passionate and detail-driven Senior Sustainability Advisor to help shape and deliver our company’s sustainability, ESG, and social responsibility commitments on a part time basis (0.6 FTE) Reporting into the Head of Sustainability and Environment, this role plays a key part in advancing our environmental and social performance through accurate ESG data management, reporting, and policy development. You’ll work collaboratively across the business to embed sustainability principles and ensure compliance with evolving national and international standards. Key Responsibilities Collect and manage quarterly ESG data, ensuring audit-ready accuracy and consistency. Monitor and integrate updates to Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards into company reporting. Contribute to the drafting of the Annual Sustainability Report. Support delivery of Mandatory Climate Disclosures, including preparation for Scope 3 emissions reporting (required from 2026). Partner with Procurement to assess Modern Slavery risks and support preparation of the annual Modern Slavery Statement. Draft and implement sustainability policies such as the Modern Slavery Policy, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) initiatives, and Supplier Codes of Conduct. Support implementation of the Reconciliation Action Plan (RAP) in collaboration with the EAC team. Assist with materiality assessments to identify ESG priorities. Contribute to corporate social responsibility (CSR) initiatives and community engagement programs. Provide sustainability advice, coordination, and policy development support across the business. Assist with Safeguard data collection, reporting and management of credits. Supporting the administration of the Sustainability Committee of the Board. About You You’re an organised and proactive professional who enjoys turning sustainability goals into practical action. You’re comfortable managing data, interpreting ESG standards, and building strong relationships across diverse teams. Qualifications & Skills : Degree in Sustainability, Environmental Science, Social Responsibility, Business, or a related field. Experience in ESG reporting, sustainability policy, or corporate responsibility roles. Working knowledge of GRI, climate disclosure frameworks, and modern slavery reporting. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent written communication skills for preparing policies and reports. Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple business functions. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with ESG data management systems.
