With over 130 stores across Australia, New Zealand and the recent expansion into the UK, Peter Alexander is a brand where you feel comfortable, warm and at home About the role: We currently have an exciting opportunity available for an Inventory Analyst to join the Planning team at Peter Alexander This diverse role will see you manage a seamless flow of stock from our Distribution Centre to our stores, in order to execute the brand’s merchandise plan. You’ll be regarded as a key interface between the DC, Retail and Merchandise teams and be responsible for ensuring all allocation and replenishment processes are actioned across our fast‑paced retail network. Responsibilities: Liaise with the planning team to launch new product with allocations based on store budgets, layout and VM quantities to ensure the stock is in the right store at the right time. Daily review of replenishment levels to maximise stock availability in line with sales trends and store size. Analysing stock on hand reporting and recommending stock transfers and consolidations. Developing strong knowledge of product trends, store and geographic attributes across multiple global markets. Providing analysis and reports to Retail, VM and Planning teams on product and promotional sales performance. Skills and Experience: You are passionate about retail, numbers and analysing data. Experience in stock allocations and/or replenishment within a Retail environment would be preferred but not essential. Have an analytical mind and knowledge of Excel. Ability to think laterally and have a proactive approach. Ability to work in a fast paced team environment. Build relationships with team members from various departments internally.
