In this varied and flexible role, classified as a Gymnastics Coach under our Enterprise Agreement, you’ll do more than just teach skills—you’ll role model our core values of Respect, Commitment, Resilience, Integrity, and Citizenship every day. Delivering exciting, safe and inclusive gymnastics classes Designing and planning engaging lesson content tailored to different ages and abilities Supporting customer service and admin tasks to ensure smooth operations Creating an environment that encourages resilience, teamwork and confidence Coaching across a wide range of programs – from Kindergym to Trampoline, TeamGym to Parkour, Cheerleading to Artistic Gymnastics About Us PCYC NSW is a life changing charity, established in 1937, that works in partnership with community and NSW Police to empower youth, get kids active in life, and reduce and prevent youth crime Over 100,000 people are members of our 66 clubs around NSW About You Are you a passionate person and have flexibility to work afternoons and evenings, school holidays and weekends? As well as; Loves working with kids and creating a positive, safe environment Has a strong interest in gymnastics or sport (Gymnastics Coaching Accreditation desirable – or willingness to obtain) Brings strong communication, reliability, and teamwork to the role Has (or can obtain) a Working with Children Check and National Police Check Previous experience in coaching, youth work, or customer service is a bonus Ready to inspire the next generation of gymnasts?
