About the Role As our Financial Planning & Analysis Manager , you’ll be the strategic finance partner behind how we plan, invest, and perform. You’ll take the lead on budgets, forecasts, long‑range modelling, and performance insights that directly support operations, commercial teams, and senior leadership. This is a role for someone who wants to go beyond reporting – someone who wants to shape the story behind the numbers and influence business outcomes. What You’ll Drive Own and lead annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long‑term planning Build and enhance financial models that elevate decision‑making Present performance trends, risks, and opportunities to leadership Partner with Commercial to unlock margin, revenue, and cost improvements Lead variance analysis during month‑end and drive better performance accountability Improve reporting tools, dashboards, and financial systems Develop analytical tools supporting accrual and performance accuracy Provide financial leadership on cross‑functional projects Conduct ad‑hoc analysis to support strategic decisions and business cases What You’ll Bring 7+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or business partnering Strong experience presenting financial insights to senior leaders Advanced modelling capability and deep Excel skillset Ability to simplify complex analysis and tell a compelling financial story Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting Proficiency with ERP and BI tools Strong stakeholder engagement and influencing skills Tertiary qualifications in Finance, Accounting, or Business CPA/CA highly regarded Who You Are Think commercially and strategically Can challenge assumptions and influence outcomes Loves improving processes, tools, and financial capability Moves fast and thrives in a dynamic environment Communicates clearly and builds trust quickly Has high standards, high integrity, and a drive for continuous improvement Ready to drive real financial impact?
