You will be responsible for working very closely with Senior Client Architects & their technical teams including IT & Application Heads, Business Heads etc. You will deliver value through your technology & business leadership.This role will require a good working knowledge of EA frameworks such as ArchiMate & TOGAF combined with strong & deep technical knowledge and experience on (public, private and hybrid) Cloud, infrastructure & data centre, and workplace solutions cutting across multiple platforms and vendor ecosystems.

We provide cloud focused client advisory and delivery services on areas such as hybrid cloud, workplace services, security, service desk and cloud service management/delivery.Capgemini has proven experience in building cloud strategies that have enabled our clients to adopt a cloud-first approach to achieving their business objectives. Our Cloud Infrastructure Services enable enterprises to overcome the barriers to cloud adoption and manage the real business risks.

Let’s talk about your capability and experienceAt least 10 years’ experience in technical and solution architecture space with minimum 3 years as a Solution Architect working for a mid to large scale organisation • Value driven and go-getter individual with ability to manage challenging set of stakeholders and customers and at the same time fulfil complex delivery goals • Good in ArchiMate and TOGAF frameworks with good experience in implementations & design, LLD and HLD design creation, analysis & review• Traditional data centre experience with a focus on infrastructure and applications along with business knowledge• Knowledge of Cloud & Hybrid Cloud Platforms• Innovation driven EA with ability to work on complex scenarios and situationsNML 2.1 Page 2 of 2• Experience building technical roadmaps that keep our customers’ environments business aligned, secure and minimise technical debt.• Taking customer inputs and developing solution and technical architectures, including gap analysis and work packages to close the gap.• Leading a team of Infrastructure and Technical Architects & SME and guide them and coach them on Enterprise Architecture areas to build a highly skilled and forward-looking team of Architects • Focus on building and growing the Enterprise Architecture community within CIS and at the client place to promote this capability • Must be able to share industry best practices and frameworks to both internal and external stakeholders • Ability to Identify opportunities to provide additional services to clients, passing leads onto the Client Development team. Lead relevant solution demonstrations, including complimentary technologies• Experience in reviewing complex solutions to ensure selection of appropriate technology, efficient use of resources, and integration of multiple systems and technology. • Very good in liaising with all levels of stakeholders to build trust and strong professional relationships with client teams • Ability to develop wining solutions in existing accounts • Should be able to drive and achieve high client satisfaction scores (min 4/5) on a regular basis in the account • On a technical side experience in the following technology areas will be advantageous: o Cloud & Data Centre:Wintel & *nix
