Test Analyst | Contract to September 2026 | North Brisbane Edison Talent is partnering with a North Brisbane based large enterprise organisation to engage a Test Analyst on a contract basis through to September 2026, with review for extension. The role supports a major digital delivery program with a strong focus on API quality and reliability. The role You will design and execute testing across backend and integration layers, working closely with developers, business analysts and delivery leads in an Agile environment. The focus is on API testing, defect prevention and consistent quality outcomes. Key responsibilities Analyse business and technical requirements to create effective test cases Execute manual testing with a strong focus on API and integration testing Perform functional, regression, system and UAT testing Log and manage defects using tools such as JIRA or Azure DevOps Participate in sprint ceremonies and defect triage Maintain test documentation and clear status reporting Qualifications Commercial experience in software testing or QA roles API testing experience using tools such as Postman or similar Exposure to automated testing frameworks highly regarded Any experience with load or performance testing is highly regarded Comfortable working in Agile delivery teams What’s on offer Contract engagement through to September 2026 with review for extension North Brisbane location with flexible work from home arrangements Large scale digital program with long term roadmap This is an immediate requirement, with interviews taking place next week.
