Mine Site Cleaner - Leading Hand (Remote) Join Cater Care as a Mine Site Cleaner Leading Hand – Remote. We are looking for experienced cleaning supervisors to manage daily operations and maintain high cleaning standards across our facilities. Location: Burnie, Tasmania (remote travel to site). Job Type: Permanent – Full Time. Shift: 03:30 am – 15:30 pm, 7 days on / 7 days off (Tues – Mon). DIDO to and from Site (Savage River, Burnie). Responsibilities: Supervise staff and ensure service is maintained to the required standards. Address shortfalls in service and delivery in consultation with the Site Manager. Mine Site Cleaning – cleaning offices, crib huts, bathhouses. Common Area Cleaning – emptying bins, sweeping, mopping, general cleaning. Assist the broader team as required. Desired Skills and Experience: 12 months+ experience as a cleaner. Commitment to genuine, friendly customer service. Motivated, enthusiastic and positive “can‑do” attitude. Ability to work in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment. Pride in personal appearance & hygiene. Manual driver’s licence – mandatory. Australian citizen or permanent resident.
