Customer Service Representative Join our successful and tight‑knit Steel Centre team in Kunda Park as a Customer Service Representative. You will be working closely with both our Branch Manager and Operations teams to ensure customers have a positive experience with us. This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking for a career change or to build on their existing customer service/sales experience. This is a permanent, full‑time opportunity working Monday to Friday. Responsibilities Managing customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person Processing cash sales, quotes, and orders Preparing reports Maximising sales opportunities General administration duties Qualifications It’s important that you are a strong problem‑solver, customer focused, and thrive in a busy environment. You are a goal‑oriented and engaging team player with a customer‑centric focus who loves interaction with clients and stakeholders. You will be an enthusiastic and tenacious individual with the ability to think on your feet and have a can‑do attitude. Experience in customer service and/or sales administration Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish rapport Microsoft Office & SAP system experience highly regarded Key Benefits Access to long service leave after 5 years: employees who are not covered by an Enterprise Agreement can access accrued Long Service Leave (LSL) at the rate of 1.3 weeks per year of service after 5 years continuous service.
