This role is a key component of the Executive Team's succession planning strategy, offering a clear pathway for career progression. You will lead three core services across multiple towns: Town Services: Overseeing mowing, water, parks, and general town maintenance. Waste Operations: Leading the waste collection and transfer station teams. Roads Team: Managing grading and regional road maintenance (delivered by remote workers).
