The Opportunity As the Senior Finance Business Partner for the Sales and Go-to-Market teams, you will play a critical role in driving financial performance, commercial decision-making, and strategic insights across a dynamic regional business. You will be working alongside senior GTM leaders to: Partner on revenue growth, pricing strategy, and forecasting across multiple markets. Deliver data-led insights to guide sales planning, pipeline performance, and ROI of go-to-market initiatives. Influence and challenge commercial teams to ensure sustainable growth and operational excellence. Lead budgeting, long-term planning, and financial modelling for fast-scaling SaaS products. About You You’re an ambitious and commercially minded finance professional who thrives in high-growth, global tech environments. You combine strategic vision with a hands-on approach, and you know how to turn numbers into narratives that drive results. You’ll bring: 7–10+ years’ experience in Finance Business Partnering or Commercial Finance, ideally within SaaS, Technology, Digital or related sectors. Proven success partnering with Sales, Marketing or GTM functions & C Level Suite. Advanced analytical and modelling skills (Hyperion), with a strong commercial mindset. Excellent communication and stakeholder management experience across regional or global teams. Must have strong & enjoy presenting to Senior Stakeholders to influence commercial outcomes, be a strong collaborator and have great passion aligning to the positive high performing culture CPA, CA, or MBA qualification preferred.
