Your work will help shape the future, ensuring every child gets the best start in life.Join us as a Partner and make a meaningful impact by guiding, coaching, and supporting our team through work and non-work related challenges, while navigating the nuances of Workers Compensation in early learning.Your Impact:Workers Compensation and Rehabilitation Management: Apply early intervention strategies, manage claims, develop plans, and ensure compliance with State and Territory legislationTechnical Advice and Legislation Application: Provide technical advice on Workers Compensation legislation and its application in the early learning environment, ensuring compliance and educating staffStakeholder Engagement and Support: Engage with employees, managers, insurers, and medical professionals to facilitate effective case management and support complex rehabilitation and recovery processesCommunication and Training: Coach and mentor teams on return-to-work matters, respond to advice requests, and provide updates and education on workers' compensation and principlesData Management and Reporting: Ensure accurate data entry, monitor trends, provide detailed reports, and use data insights to improve claims management and rehabilitation outcomesFlexible work arrangements giving you choice about when and how work will be done in order to better manage your work and non-work needs
