We’re seeking a Senior Project Engineer to join our Engineering Delivery team, site based in Western Sydney. What You’ll Do Lead and coordinate all aspects of civil utility and water sector projects Ensure delivery meets safety, quality, budget, and time requirements Provide technical advice, planning, and support for successful outcomes Manage contractual agreements, claims, and dispute resolution Oversee timelines, budgets, and resource allocation Prepare progress reports, attend client meetings, and maintain clear communication Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies Collaborate closely with the Project Manager and provide daily updates What We’re Looking For Proven experience in civil engineering within the utility and water sector Strong knowledge of legislation, standards, and codes of practice Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills Ability to manage complex projects and deliver results under pressureBachelor's degree or higher in Engineering or a related field Experience working within water, sewer, electrical, or civil infrastructure sectors is highly desirable Why Join Vaughan Civil?
