We're now seeking an Assistant Store Manager — a vibrant, motivated professional who thrives in an elegant, fast-paced retail environment and takes genuine pride in delivering a world-class experience for every client. The Role As Assistant Store Manager, you'll be the heartbeat of our boutique — balancing luxury service with operational precision. You'll inspire a small, passionate team, uphold LD's impeccable standards, and help bring to life the stories behind every jewel. Your Days Will Include: Leading by example — with integrity, energy, and warmth. Delivering exceptional, personalised service that reflects the grace and heritage of Lannah Dunn. Managing daily operations: stock control, rostering, merchandising, and presentation. Coaching and motivating the team to reach sales and service excellence. Building trusted relationships with high-end clientele and ensuring every visit feels special. Supporting VIP events, charitable collaborations, and in-store activations. Maintaining a calm, composed presence through both busy rushes and quiet refinement. About You You're a natural people person who brings enthusiasm, style, and leadership to everything you do. You love the rhythm of luxury retail — the attention to detail, the beautiful surroundings, and the joy of helping customers find something meaningful. You’ll have: Proven experience managing or supervising in a premium or luxury retail environment. A minimum of 6-12 months retail management experience is required. A genuine love for fine jewellery, design, and craftsmanship. Luxury retail or jewellery industry experience is preferred but not essential. Strong leadership and mentoring skills — you inspire confidence and positivity. Excellent communication and organisational ability. Confidence with technology, e-commerce, and social media. Impeccable presentation and a polished, professional manner.
