About the role Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, this full‑time position is perfect for a hands‑on professional who thrives in a fast‑paced, food manufacturing environment. You'll be responsible for: Leading and coordinating all aspects of maintenance planning, breakdown response, and scheduled maintenance. Applying your expertise in both electrical and mechanical work to keep our equipment and facilities running safely and efficiently. Prioritizing breakdown repairs and ensuring preventative and scheduled maintenance is completed on time. Supporting production staff duties and providing coaching and feedback to help them excel. Managing inventory of parts and developing effective maintenance control procedures, to make sure critical spare parts are identified and available at all times. Supervising external contractors and ensuring compliance with site quality and food safety programs. Promoting a positive Health and safety culture and ensuring all employees and contractors follow company safety policies. Supporting continuous improvement and innovation in maintenance practices. About you We're looking for someone who brings: A full electrical licence eligible in Western Australia (essential). Strong mechanical skills and experience working with pneumatics, hydraulics, PLCs, and preventative maintenance. At least 5 years' experience in high‑tempo, on‑demand production within a Food FMCG environment. Efficient with using Excel, Microsoft Word and CMMS like MEX or SAP. Previous experience in the bottled water industry (desirable). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build productive relationships and remain calm under pressure.
