We’re looking for a Capacity Planner to help us plan and strategically deliver critical infrastructure projects with precision and care. The purpose of the Capacity Planner role is to coordinate the work programs between project managers, maintenance planners & operational teams. This role is responsible for maintaining the delivery plan and to monitor and report on progress as per the requirements of the defined work packages. Responsibilities Coordinate and facilitate work file completion and scheduling between project managers, planners, and operational teams. Plan, prioritize, and manage all works within the Jemena Works Program, ensuring delivery meets time, cost, and quality targets. Monitor and report on program progress, including forecasting, capacity planning, and close-out tracking. Optimize work programs by recommending changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and minimize customer interruptions. Maintain effective communication through regular meetings and stakeholder engagement to ensure alignment and timely delivery. Ensure data quality and compliance by reviewing work files, managing resources, and providing accurate, ongoing reporting. About you You’re someone who brings a thoughtful, organised, and tech-savvy approach to your work. You’re confident managing competing priorities and have a natural ability to bring people together to get things done. We’re looking for someone who has: Experience in electricity distribution Sound experience in using computerized management systems (eg: SAP) as well as Microsoft Excel Demonstrated success in the delivery of customer service and project management. Understanding of budgeting processes Ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders at different levels Understanding of Power BI reporting (desired but not essential) Why you should work for us What we do matters.
