Position Overview We are seeking a qualified Truck Driver to join our professional transport team based in the Goulburn Valley. The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of heavy vehicles used in the transport of bulk and palletised food products. The role involves both local and regional routes, with adherence to all transport safety and compliance regulations. Key Responsibilities Operate heavy vehicles for the delivery and collection of bulk and commercial food goods. Conduct pre-departure and post-trip vehicle inspections. Ensure loads are secured and comply with safety and weight regulations. Maintain accurate delivery records and logbooks in accordance with NHVR requirements. Liaise with dispatch, warehouse, and customer service teams to coordinate delivery schedules. Adhere to company safety procedures and contribute to a positive workplace culture. Required Skills and Qualifications Minimum of 12 months of prior experience in a similar truck driving or freight transport role. Valid Heavy Rigid (HR) or higher class driver’s licence. Sound knowledge of road safety regulations and heavy vehicle maintenance. Proven ability to manage time efficiently and complete assigned routes promptly.
