Confined Space Skilled Labourer / High pressure cleaning Looking for skilled industrial and reliable labourers with expertise in industrial cleaning, sewage systems, waste services or trades to work in a long standing team for a reputable national organisation. We have multiple ongoing opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our teams, providing essential services across Sydney Water sites. This is your chance for consistent work with frequent overtime, contributing directly to vital fresh water, industrial projects and sewage systems across Sydney. Shift: 6am to 6pm across 7 days Rate starts at $37.88 and reviewed yearly Temp to perm opportunity for the right person Skilled Industrial Services Labourer Operating high-pressure hoses and pumps for industrial cleaning. Utilising vacuum trucks for waste/ water removal and management. Performing industrial high-pressure cleaning of various surfaces and equipment. Conducting de-watering operations (including operating and cleaning treatment trucks). Customer service skills, at times communicating with the general public. General labouring tasks to support water infrastructure maintenance. Ability to use tools, think on your feet and problem solve. Perform repairs and maintenance in a job where no job is the same. Requirements Current Sydney Water Confined Space Ticket WHSMS0068 (Essential) - Must include Enter, Gas Test & Rescue components or willingness to obtain upon success of the interview. Current Working at Heights Ticket (Essential) Hepatitis A & B and Tetanus Vaccinations (Required) – We will reimburse you for the cost upon successful commencement in the role. Proven experience operating high-pressure hoses and pumps (ideal). Experience using vacuum trucks (Ideal). Previous experience in industrial high-pressure cleaning and de-watering. HR (Heavy Rigid) driver's license (Advantageous for some teams). Physically fit and reliable with a strong work ethic. Strong commitment to safety procedures.
