Responsibilities Daily cleaning of public areas including common rooms, lounges, theatre, outdoor terraces, gym and laundry, corridors, and stairwells Adhere to health and safety obligations Weekly room cleaning and bed making for residents as required Participate in building open days and tours Ideal Candidate High attention to detail Ability to prioritise and multitask Can work in a team or independently Ability to work with and relate to young adults while maintaining professional and cultural sensitivity and boundaries 1‑2 years’ experience as a public area cleaner in a large commercial environment or a room attendant in a 4‑5 star hotel Perks & Benefits Annual flu vaccinations and skin checks Supportive work environment that inspires and energizes Employee Assistance Program (EAP), Sonder & Duress support How to Apply This is a great time to join a growing business that values its students, stakeholders and the community.
