Contract Administrator - new build projects and structural refurbishments. Wurf Resourcing Brisbane, QLD (On-site) A$120,000-$160,000 p/a Posted 1 day ago With a well-established profile, this stable, third generation, new build and structural refurbishment builder is offering an opportunity for an energetic, driven and motivated Contract Administrator to join their organisation. Whilst the position will include further training, development and the opportunity to be mentored by more experienced peers, you will be required to deliver formal contract administration services, therefore requiring a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience. Experienced Contract Administrators are also encouraged to apply. Responsibilities Deliver formal contract administration services across structural and services trades projects. Support new‑builds up to $20M and refurbishments involving structural rectification across a range of works including breweries, schools, community infrastructure, industrial works, laboratories and wider commercial works. Collaborate with project management, design and procurement teams and develop procurement, cost reporting, forecasting, programming and contract administration capabilities. Qualifications Completed a trade Bachelor of Construction Management or an associated degree. Minimum of 3-5 years formal contract administration experience. Experience in the commercial build environment by way of employment with a principal contractor or major subcontractor. Experience across structural (not just fitout) and services trades, and design‑driven projects. Exceptional time management (organisational) and communication skills, written and oral. Willingness to develop a long‑term, stable career pathway in the mid‑tier building sector. Detail projects delivered in CV or attached portfolio. With a strong commitment to its people and culture, you will receive direct guidance from a number of experienced project management, design and procurement professionals within the company, as you further develop your procurement, cost reporting, forecasting, programming and contract administration capabilities.
