To thrive and succeed in this role, you will have: For Educators – Completed Certificate III or Diploma of Early Childhood Education or working towards (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) For Lead Educators – Diploma of Early Childhood Education or willingness to commence studying (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) First Aid, CPR and Asthma and Anaphylaxis certification. Valid Blue Card or Exemption Card.
