About the Role We are seeking a Lead Electrical Engineer (Switchboards) with a collaborative, innovative, and forward-thinking mindset. The role requires someone who thrives in a team environment, embraces continuous improvement, and is confident in leading design teams and delivering high-quality outcomes. Key responsibilities include Driving the design and delivery of major turnkey electrical solutions Leading and mentoring junior engineers and designers Reviewing, signing off, and ensuring compliance of designs and deliverables Managing budgets, timelines, and project deliverables Partnering with internal teams (estimating, design, production) for project success Maintaining awareness of relevant electrical safety standards, legislation, and policies Requirements to succeed in this role Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering RPEQ accreditation (highly desirable) 5+ years’ experience in project electrical design and delivery, preferably with switchgear projects Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and electrical legislation (LV & HV equipment) Proficiency with AutoCAD and specialised design toolsets Experience in Power System Analysis Ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team and build strong partnerships Unrestricted legal rights to work in Australia Benefits Competitive salary package aligned with experience and qualifications Annual professional development allowance + payment of annual registrations Exposure to multi-project work across Australia and the Asia-Pacific Flexible working culture with a supportive team environment Guidance from a highly experienced senior leadership team Commitment to your ongoing personal and professional growth How to Apply: Click the APPLY NOW button and submit your resume with a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
