We pride ourselves for being a strong, family orientated, financially secure business with a great future and prime focus on the development of our people.About the RoleReporting to the Workshop Manager, this position supervises the efficient delivery of new units through our Brisbane workshop to ensure that the highest level of customer support is provided by TMHA.Key Duties & Responsibilities:Achieve WHSE KPIs and strive for a zero-harm environmentSupervise the efficient flow of work through the workshopProvide guidance to the workshop Pre-Delivery staffProvide weekly progress reports on new unit production levelsProvide a high level of customer service in line with TMHA valuesIdentify areas of possible growthEnsure maximum productivityEnsure TMHA policies and procedures are followedSkills and Experience:Trade qualification in material handling equipment or similar field would be highly regarded.Strong leadership skills, including people management and supervision.Commitment to maintaining safe work practices (safety qualification would be highly regarded).Previous experience in IC, Battery Electric and Hydraulics would be advantageous.A high level of product knowledge, or willingness to participate in training programs to increase your product knowledge.Excellent time management and organisational skills.The ability to motivate staff and resolve conflict.Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.Knowledge of ERP systems (M3) would be highly regardedOur commitment:TMHA is committed to ongoing growth and development of its employees.
