Sutherland Shire Council is seeking a motivated, professional Visitor Services Assistant to provide high-quality customer service, support events and exhibitions, and assist with day-to-day venue operations at Hazelhurst Arts Centre . Duties include: Welcoming visitors and responding to enquiries in person, by phone and email Processing course enrolments, event bookings, merchandise and artwork sales Assisting with special events and exhibition openings Supporting volunteers working at the Gallery Desk and retail shop Invigilating exhibitions and helping maintain a safe, welcoming venue Completing administration tasks, database updates and daily financial reconciliation About You You are community-minded, enthusiastic, and love helping people.
