If you have an interest, experience and desire to expand your knowledge in aftermarket 4x4 & Performance vehicle suspension and components, we have the role for you PSR is an Australian owned aftermarket suspension and 4x4 accessories company. Due to the company's ever‑expanding product range and continued growth, we’re searching for either an experienced sales professional, parts interpreter or mechanic looking to get off the tools to join our sales team PSR has a strong focus on designing, testing and fabricating the high‑end product that our customers have come to expect from an Australian owned and operated business. Our in‑house manufactured 4x4 components and accessories start life as a bare sheet and leave our warehouse ready to withstand the harsh conditions that our vehicles must endure. We are looking for that passionate individual who can sell to our customers and is driven by the new and unique solutions that PSR offers. Qualifications & experience Knowledge of suspension systems with detailed experience of 4WD suspension Confident and respectful phone manner Computer skills, including knowledge of social media platforms Ability to work in a fast paced environment Ability to multi‑task and work autonomously under pressure Passion for the automotive aftermarket industry Tasks & responsibilities Providing 2nd‑to‑none customer service to new and existing PSR customers Work cohesively within the sales team to exceed set KPI's and customer expectations Provide efficient and effective solutions for the customers needs Heading social media content and responding to customers across multiple platforms Invoicing and processing payments General administration and other duties as delegated by the Sales Manager Generous KPI based bonus structure.
