Your role will focus on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in how we manage and deliver reward outcomes. Collaborate across teams to deliver outcomes aligned with RAC’s purpose and values. Experience in a HR Advisor or Analyst role, with a solid understanding of HR processes, data, and metrics. Experience coordinating and delivering cyclical HR programs such as salary reviews or bonus cycles. Strong analytical and reporting skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and present meaningful insights. Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships and influence outcomes.
