Campus Highlights Spacious outdoor play areas that encourage curiosity and discovery Purposeful, age-based indoor learning environments A warm, passionate team culture built on respect, support, and care About The Role As an Educational Leader , you'll be at the heart of inspiring learning outcomes by: Guiding and mentoring educators to deliver high-quality programs Collaborating with the leadership team to enhance curriculum and pedagogy Building strong, supportive relationships with families Encouraging curiosity, reflection, and growth across the team About You We're looking for a motivated leader with: A Diploma or Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) qualification 1–2 years of leadership experience (as an Educational Leader or similar) A collaborative, team-focused approach Strong communication and relationship-building skills Safeguarding/Child Safety At Only About Children (OAC), every child's safety, wellbeing, and protection is our highest priority. All employees are required to hold a current Employee Working with Children Check before beginning employment. Additionally, throughout the recruitment process, we conduct thorough assessments to ensure the suitability of all candidates for working with children. Worker Retention Payment (WRP) Only About Children is proud to share that our application for the Worker Retention Payment has been approved This means our team members will receive an additional 10% on top of the award rate , plus an extra 5% from December 2025 , funded by the Australian Federal Government until 30 November 2026 .
