We’re on the lookout for a full‑time Truck Driver who can handle local grain haulage and chip in with general farm duties when the trucks stop rolling. About the Role Your primary responsibility will be local grain haulage , transporting grain between properties, storage sites, and local receival points. When the trucks aren’t rolling, you’ll jump into wider farm operations — because around here, no two days look the same. Key Tasks Local grain haulage and short‑distance transport Machinery float work. Operating farm machinery — tractors, loader, auger, laser bucket, etc. (you don’t need to know all of them on day one) Broadacre cropping support during sowing and harvest. Basic mechanical maintenance and general farm repairs. Fencing, property maintenance, and seasonal work. Record keeping for transport and farm activities. HR licence is essential. MC licence is desirable — and we’re happy to help you get there if you’re the right fit. About You You’re practical, steady, and confident behind the wheel. You enjoy a mix of trucking and farm work and take pride in getting things done properly. You’ll thrive here if you are: Honest, reliable, and respectful. Comfortable working independently and as part of a small team. Safety‑minded with strong attention to detail. Clear in your communication and able to follow instructions. Interested in long‑term employment and career development in agriculture. Experience in farming, trucking, or machinery operation is helpful — but a solid work ethic and willingness to learn matter most. We can teach skills; attitude is on you.
