Full-Time | $80,000–$100,000 + Superannuation | Perth (or specify location) Avocado Zinc is growing rapidly, and we’re looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to join our team. This is a hands‑on, dynamic role perfect for someone who lives and breathes marketing, wants to take ownership across multiple channels, and is eager to help drive our brand into its next stage of expansion. About the Role As our Marketing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for executing and elevating the Avocado Zinc brand across all areas of marketing. You’ll work closely with the founder, manage our growing team of eCommerce/marketing assistants, and help maintain smooth day‑to‑day operations—including assisting with order fulfilment when needed. This role suits someone who’s proactive, creative, and excited to build a highly engaged community around a skincare brand with a strong aesthetic identity. Key Responsibilities Manage and support a small team of eCommerce & marketing assistants. Oversee and execute social media content creation, scheduling, planning and community engagement (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). Commitment to promoting Avocado Zinc. Excellent photography and videography skills, confidently speaking to the camera and using yourself as the model for product demos, tutorials, and brand storytelling. Manage influencer partnerships, gifted collaborations, UGC creators, and campaign tracking. Create on‑brand digital assets using Canva and Adobe Creative Suite. Assist with website updates, eCommerce operations, and order fulfilment as required. Plan and deliver paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Stay across marketing trends and identify new opportunities to grow awareness, engagement, and sales. Analyse performance metrics and provide insights to guide ongoing strategy. Uphold and evolve the Avocado Zinc aesthetic and brand voice. Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone who brings a mix of creativity, organisation, and hands‑on experience: Ideal Experience & Skills: Proven design skills and an eye for aesthetics that align with the Avocado Zinc brand. Experience using Canva, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Google Workspace. Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads. Strong understanding of Klaviyo email marketing & design. Excellent photography and videography skills. Demonstrated ability to manage and grow brand presence on Instagram and TikTok. Experience managing influencers, ambassadors, or UGC creators. Confidence being on camera, talking to camera, and creating content with yourself as the model. Excellent communication, time‑management, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a small team environment. Willingness to step into operational tasks (including fulfilment) when needed.
